TERMS

1. Images

All images are copyrighted; please do not use them without our permission.

Kylin makes every effort to display the item’s colour accuracy on our website as accurate as possible. The actual colour you see depends on the resolution on your screen. We cannot guarantee that the colours display on your monitor will be the same as the colour of our products.

2. Delivery

We urge all customers to opt for registered postage, as we will not be held responsible for any lost mails due to normal postage.

3. Exchange

We will do an exchange for defected items if it is mailed back to us within 5 days from the day you purchase. We will only do a refund if the item is out of stock. We will need a clear snap shot of the defected part.

We do not do an exchange or refund if the item you purchase does not fit, as all measurements and sizes has been clearly stated on our website.

Kylin does a high and strict level of quality check for every product it has, hence we will not hesitate to stop a exchange or refund if the item is found to be mishandled by the customer.

4. Pricing and Transaction

All prices stated on the website are final and non-negotiable. We do not do trades or reservations for our customers.

Kylin reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion.
